Styrofoam cups are highly recommended.

A digital proof of your order will be sent to you via Etsy Conversations within 1 to 2 business days of purchase. Please be sure that you have your Etsy notifications turned on.

Business days are Monday-Thursday, 9:00am to 4:00pm EST.

Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once the proofs are approved, finalized items will be delivered electronically in high-resolution PDF format to the e-mail address listed in your Etsy account, along with full printing instructions.

No physical items will be delivered.
